Ogilvy House Bed & Breakfast - Cromer

Ogilvy House impressed me with its stylish decor and perfect cleanliness. Richard welcomed me warmly upon arrival. My room, the Superior King Room, was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a gorgeous en-suite with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. Breakfast options were good, with high-quality ingredients. Each morning, my taste buds enjoyed the well-prepared, fresh meals. Richard went out of his way to provide excellent local tips. The off-street parking was a huge plus. I noticed that the mattress sagged slightly on the side, which affected comfort a bit. The narrow street made parking somewhat tricky. Still, the overall experience was charming and nice.

Every time we stay in Cromer, like to stay here. Incredibly beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated room, plus the location is exceptionally nice. The breakfast is savoury, the staff keeps it stocked and spotless. The excellent and helpful staff helps you in any way.

Charming Victorian hotel with really good hospitality.

The mattress in my room felt somewhat saggy on the sides, affecting comfort during the night. The narrow street made parking particularly tricky, causing some stress when trying to secure a space. It would have been great to receive clearer instructions about parking arrangements upon check-in.

I appreciated the peaceful garden area, perfect for some relaxation alongside the cozy lounge with a nice spot to unwind after exploring the area.

Parking in the narrow street was quite tricky, requiring advance reservations to secure a spot.

Perfect little getaway

The room was super cozy and felt more like a luxury stay than a B&B. Breakfast was delish, and the homemade lemon drizzle cake served on arrival was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the parking can get a bit tricky since the street is narrow, so reserving a spot is a must!

It was just a great match for a fleeting pause in Cromer with good value considering the price it charged. The huge ensuite with a freestanding bath offered a unique touch to my stay. Make sure to arrange parking in advance as it can get tricky.

I loved how spacious my room was, complete with a huge shower that made mornings feel luxurious. There’s a lovely garden spot for some fresh air and a cozy lounge area if you want to unwind. Just a heads up, the driveway is a bit tight, so try to book a parking spot in advance! 😊
